Meet the woman and creative force behind all of these masterpieces – Shiella C. Velilla! She has always been enamored with entertaining at home, cooking together with loved ones and creating unforgettable experiences with good food. Food never fails to bring people together. As a young girl, she was involved in her family’s catering business. “That’s where my love affair with food began. My DNA analysis results would consist exclusively of all things healthy and organic – dark chocolate, fresh vegetables, and fruits in season,” she asserts. An avid world-traveller, Shiella’s worldly explorations has made an indelible impact on her admiration for food presented in beautiful ways. Her travel experiences have taken her to far-flung places that encouraged her to have an open mind, explore, and try new foods. From her firsthand multicultural exposure, she has expanded her knowledge and appreciation for global tastes.
